So what?

Sometimes you just have to say "So What" and get it done.
So what?
business excuses

The hardest part of running a dog business isn't the dogs, clients, or even your overheads.

It's the BS stories you tell yourself about why you can't grow it.

You know the ones. That little voice that pipes up every time you think about trying something new.

I've got a trick for shutting it up.

Whenever the voice starts, I ask it one question back.

"So what?"

Here's how it works.

"I've never run a paid ad before!"

So what?

Do you want clients coming to you instead of you chasing them? You do? Then at some point you've got to run your first ad. Everyone who's good at this was useless at it once.

"There are loads of groomers and walkers and trainers near me already!"

So what?

Are any of them actually visible? Or are they hiding behind a quiet Facebook page and a phone that rings twice a week? Getting seen is the main game, and most of your competition isn't even playing it.

"My town's too small!"

So what?

How many dogs live within a few miles of you? Hundreds? Thousands? You don't need all of them. You need a steady trickle of the right ones.

"I'm a groomer, not a marketer!"

So what?

Do you want to learn how the busy ones actually fill their books? Or wait another year and hope word of mouth gets round to it?

I don't know how to write emails that bring in sales?

So F*****g what!

Learn or pay someone to set up your revenue flows for you. It can literally be done if you it enough.

"I've been doing this for years and I'm still not fully booked!"

So what?

So what?

So what?

At some point you've got to decide. Are you going to make it happen, or watch the dog business down the road do it instead?

Because the worst feeling in this game isn't missing out. It's watching someone with half your skill pinch the clients you wanted.

If you're ready to change that, my Dog Business Visibility System walks you through exactly how to get found by the dog owners on your doorstep.

Hit reply if you've got any questions.
